Livery & Co Buckinghamshire

About

Who you are actually dealing with

A name, a face and a number that rings a person. You should not have to work any of that out before you spend money.

Will Freeman, who runs Livery & Co
Will Freeman. Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

I am Will Freeman. Livery & Co is me, and that is the whole firm.

Before this I was a contact centre sales team leader at Butlins, running a team on telesales and customer service. Years of it, on the phone, hearing what people ask before they part with money and what makes them put the phone down instead. That turns out to be the useful half of building a website for a small business. You do not need it to win anything. You need the phone to ring, and you need the person answering it to stop hearing questions the website should have answered already.

It is also why I check things myself rather than take anyone's word for them. Those 262 businesses on the homepage, I loaded every one of them by hand on a phone, the way somebody standing outside your shop would. Sixty-three had something genuinely wrong. Not one of them had been told.

So my name is on this page, my mobile number is further down it, and I answer it. If you would rather see the work than read about me, it is on the homepage, and every site there is open to anyone.

Ten minutes, and I will show you what yours would look like.

No charge, no obligation, and you keep the mock-up whether or not you go ahead.
